IP Bypassing

   Go to Start and type “cmd.exe” in the search bar. Click on cmd.exe to open the command prompt window.

   Type the following command: “ping www.youtube.com” (without quotes) and press Enter.

   Save the IP addresses. Right click on the command prompt window and select Mark.

   Open Notepad and paste in the IP addresses. You can either press Ctrl + V, or right-click and select Paste. Now you have all the IP addresses in Notepad, click Ctrl + S to save the file.

   Enter the following command in the URL bar: 1 (as a numeral) with three curvy brackets around it on either side. If this doesn't work, try another method below.

Hex is a numbering system that is known as "base-16," whereas regular numbers are "base-10," and is understood by browsers. Firefox will use the hex address without changing it, while IE will convert it into a "base-10" IP address.
